These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the WeBuild,WeCommunicate platform, available at webuildwecommunicate.app. By accessing the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

2. Service description

WeBuild,WeCommunicate is a SaaS platform enabling Product Owners to publish and manage a public product roadmap, and to engage their community through votes, comments, polls, and newsletters.

3. Registration and account

Access to the dashboard requires creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any access to your account under your identity is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, and not to publish defamatory, hateful, pornographic, or rights-infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend any account in violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The content you publish on the platform remains your property. You grant WeBuild,WeCommunicate a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content in the context of the service.

6. Personal data

The collection and processing of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All hosting is exclusively within the European Union.

7. Service availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but cannot be held liable for interruptions due to maintenance, technical incidents, or events beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and absent amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
